Amidst ongoing instability across Burma (Myanmar) due to the Burman troops’ offensive war against the ethnic armed groups namely Karen, Kachin, Shan and so on, the analysis on military action over Ethnicities is hereby re-identified as that the policy of the newly civil dressed military government under the leadership of President Thein Sein.
